Order Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order and receive a full refund within 24 hours of placing it.
  • If your cake has already entered production or has been completed, we will not be able to offer a refund, as each order is freshly made to order and perishable.

To cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@cakeawayewell.co.uk, quoting your order number.

Refunds for Dissatisfaction or Issues

Customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not happy with your order, please get in touch with us immediately upon receiving your delivery. We handle these situations on a case-by-case basis and may offer a refund, partial refund, or a replacement at our sole discretion.

  • Photos of the product and packaging (if applicable)

Note: We are unable to offer refunds for orders that are not reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

While we take great care in packaging and delivering your cakes, if your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, please notify us straight away.

Non-Refundable Items

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of any cake or baked goods once delivered. Refunds or replacements will only be considered in cases of:

  • Cancellation within the allowed timeframe
  • Incorrect or unsatisfactory products reported immediately
  • Demonstrable issues with quality or freshness

Delivery Issues

Please ensure that the delivery address provided is correct and that someone is available to receive the cake on the scheduled delivery date. We cannot take responsibility for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or missed delivery attempts, and these may not be eligible for refunds.
